Valleys Steps :Anxiety and Panic Session

You don’t need to register for this session, simply come along on the day. There are no expectations for you to speak or interact.

The Forum get together at Cynon Linc on the 3rd Tuesday of the month.  The Forum welcomes new members from across Cynon Valley who are interested in issues that affect older people.

Doing a stint of volunteering can:

Active scam on the £500 Carers payment

There have been further reports of unpaid Carers who have been contacted by someone claiming to be from their local council, they mentioned a £500 Carer payment and then asked for the individual’s bank details.

Please be alert and aware that any such message should be treated in the same way as any other scam call.



As from 31st March Carers Trust South East Wales are officially changing their name.

Their new public facing name will be The Care Collective.  The name registered with Companies House is The Care Collective De Cymru Limited.
